How do I request web-conferencing support?

Michigan Technological University uses Zoom as its main videoconferencing application, which combines audio,video, chat and collaboration features in an intuitive and easy to use platform. Zoom creates your own personal conference room with a unique code you can send to your attendees to view your screen, webcam and audio and allowing them to do the same in real time. Audio and screen sharing can be recorded to be viewed later on your computer. Zoom is easy to implement, requiring only a Zoom account and an internet connection. 
If you would like assistance we require a consultation/test a minimum of three (3) business days prior to your event to ensure appropriate staffing and scheduling of equipment.
