How do I request access to a network share or have access removed?

Folders that you see in your M drive, drives that you see, and different accesses on campus, are all managed by being in specific groups.

If you or someone who reports to you would like to have access to a specific drive or folder, or have access to other campus resources, please send an email to it-help@mtu.edu with the name of the group or share and the username of the person that needs access, and an expiration date for access. It is also helpful to give the name of a user that already has access to the resource.

Likewise to have access removed please send an email to it-help@mtu.edu with the name of the group or share and the username of the person that needs access removed.
