Whom do I contact for Husky BW/Color support?

IT refills paper, replaces toner, and clears paper jams for all Husky black and white/color printers on campus. IT monitors these printers Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm and Saturday/Sunday 10am– 4pm and receives automatic notifications when they are out of paper, have a paper jam or otherwise need attention. We will be there to address the issue as soon as staff are available. Due to safety and proper maintenance procedures, IT will need to clear all paper jams for Husky black and white/color printers.
