What support is available for my personal computer?

User Services and IT is able to provide limited support for non-Michigan Tech owned devices. Assistance will be provided during normal business hours for the following IT supported services:

  • Wireless support
  • Printing support
  • Supporting software installations from the Software Distribution Center
  • Additional support will be at the discretion of IT Management. See below for support limitations.
Our services are limited to the following constraints:
  • You must be present with your computer while it is being worked on. (You cannot drop if it off while some one works on your computer)
  • We will not perform any hardware repair or virus removals
  • We will not re-install any operating systems.
